Craft Beer from Aarhus

Experimental craft beer from Aarhus

Not Milk Co. is an independent craft beer brand from Aarhus, Denmark. We focus on small-batch beers with bold flavour combinations rather than making another version of the obvious.

Beer from Not Milk Co.

RED IPA is an 8.0% Red IPA with Red X malt, Mosaic, Sabro, raspberries and red grape peel.

The Cow of Your Life is a 6.3% dessert sour with orange, vanilla and licorice.

MooMansi is a 0.5% Kalamansi NEIPA with kalamansi, Citra and Mosaic.

What makes Not Milk Co. different?

We brew around an idea first: unusual ingredients, unexpected combinations and beer with a clear personality. The result ranges from red IPA and dessert sour to alcohol-free hazy IPA.
