Born in Aarhus, brewed in chaos, and built on curiosity, Not Milk Co. is a playground for stupid ideas that taste too good to ignore.
We don’t follow recipes — we chase experiences. Every small batch is a mix of madness, experimentation, and boldness, brewed for people who like their beers weird, honest, and full of personality.
Because who said beer had to make sense?

Our Story (or How We Accidentally Started a Brewery)
We didn’t plan this.
We just got tired of things tasting the same — in beer, in business, and in life.
So we decided to mess things up.
To challenge what a brewery could be.
To make something that felt more human — curious, chaotic, a little stupid… and completely alive.
We’re not here to be the best brewery in the world. We’re here to be the weirdest.
Because weirdness is where the good stuff lives — the accidents, the laughter, the “what if we tried this?” moments.
The Founder
Casper Bugtrup (aka “Chief Chaos Officer”)
Started Not Milk Co. with a simple idea:
“What if brewing wasn’t about perfect recipes — but about personality?”
Armed with a 3-liter pot, bad ideas, and too much confidence, he began experimenting with flavors that made no sense — RED IPA, A sour with both vanilla and licorice, Kajkage Beer… and somehow, people liked it.
Today, Not Milk Co. stands as a rebellion against boring beer and predictable brands.
We’re not just brewing. We’re fermenting philosophy.

Giving Back (Because Chaos Should Do Good Things Too)
We believe chaos should give something back.
That’s why part of our profit goes to local sports clubs and communities — the places where people come together, fall, laugh, fail, and try again.
Because beer is best when it builds something bigger than a hangover.
